1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and pkok bet (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pkok bet website located at https://pkok-bet.net and all associated services, features, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and communications (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account with pkok bet, by accessing the platform as a guest, or by using any part of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

5 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkok bet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated winnings or balances may be forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Services if you are under 18 years of age.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on pkok bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. pkok bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including where the bet exceeds the maximum stake for the relevant market, where there is a technical error in the odds or line displayed, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation reference number from the platform.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting Rules

Bets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — and on other sports markets including football, kabaddi, and hockey are subject to the following general rules:

• Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the continuation of the live match feed. In the event of a feed interruption, in-play betting may be suspended until the feed is restored.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being determined will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Weather interruptions in cricket: where a match is reduced in overs due to weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be used for settlement purposes where applicable.
• pkok bet uses the official scorecard and result as the basis for settlement. In the event of a discrepancy between the live feed and the official scorecard, the official scorecard takes precedence.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

6.4 Live Casino Rules

In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your pkok bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, pkok bet will process the closure promptly. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

7.2 Closure by pkok bet

pkok bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by pkok bet due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the player will be returned where there is no evidence of fraud or money laundering.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Take a Break

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkok bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if pkok bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Cap on Liability

Where pkok bet is found to be liable to a player for any reason under these Terms or otherwise, pkok bet's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Services
